Mr. Baham received his B.S. (Finance) from Oakwood College in 2002 and his J.D. from Howard University, School of Law in 2006. He is a member of the Maryland bar.
Mr. Baham joined the Office of General Counsel in November 2021 as an Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel, Mr. Baham served as an Associate County Attorney with Prince George’s County, Maryland, Office of Law from 2014 to 2021.
